When Charlie starts experiencing back pain, Alan takes him to the hospital for a check-up. While they’re there, Charlie can't resist flirting with the doctor examining him, unaware of their complicated past that he can't recall. Meanwhile, Berta has had enough of Jake's bathroom mishaps and decides that the best way for him to learn is by making him clean it up until he gets the hang of it.
