Aunt Samantha arrives at the Hooman household, bringing along her baby, which captivates the Floogals. They are intrigued by the baby’s remarkable ability to command the Hoomans’ attention, leading them to speculate that this little one might be their future ruler! When Boomer gets caught by the baby, the Floogals must devise a plan to rescue him while also discovering the essence of infancy and how to engage with the tiny human.
