Boomer has created a fantastic food-sensing gadget for his Fizzer controls, designed to detect tasty treats—something Boomer is passionate about. While soaring past an enormous birthday cake, the device malfunctions, leading to a crash landing. The Floogals must figure out how to recreate the frosting while discovering the significance of birthday cakes and their decorations along the way.
