Episode Overview
Amid a severe drought, Spider-Man, Iron Spider, Kid Arachnid, and Scarlet Spider respond to a distress call that leads them to an old, abandoned mall in Queens. Inside, they discover an air-tight chamber housing Hydro-Man, who has a history with Nick Fury. As they attempt to transport him to the Triskelion, Iron Spider realizes that Hydro-Man isn’t the hero they hoped for, resulting in a forced landing near Aunt May’s home. While Spider-Man, Iron Spider, and Kid Arachnid battle Hydro-Man, Scarlet Spider focuses on keeping Aunt May safe, earning the nickname Ben from her. After defeating Hydro-Man, which inadvertently waters Aunt May's lawn, Spider-Man learns that the Quinjet transporting Hydro-Man was intercepted, raising concerns that Doctor Octopus may have recruited him.
