While on vacation, Solo is approached by a former flame, Clara Valdar (Madlyn Rhue), who seeks his assistance in rescuing the Gypsy leader, Emil (Jacques Aubuchon). They need to escape Terbuf armed with proof that Colonel Morisco (Alan Caillou), the corrupt head of the secret police, has been misappropriating foreign aid funds, with the help of the loathsome Major Vicek (Albert Paulsen).
