Solo and Illya are on a mission to safeguard Professor Lillian Stemmler from the clutches of THRUSH after she creates Plus X, a groundbreaking drug that amplifies human senses. What they don’t realize is that Lillian is secretly working for THRUSH. Initially compliant, she soon has a change of heart. However, when THRUSH agent Rollo abducts her daughter Leslie, Lillian is forced into compliance. Three THRUSH agents are given Plus X to enhance their abilities for an assault on a U.S. plutonium facility, while security personnel are administered Minus X, which numbs their senses.
