Dr. Rutter, having developed antimatter, goes underground in a suburban neighborhood using the alias Willoughby, wary of the potential for his invention to be misused. Solo and Illya take up residence nearby to track him down. Meanwhile, THRUSH operative Miss Witherspoon is also on the hunt for Rutter. When Rutter enlists his neighbor Betsy to procure some rare medication from the local pharmacist, Fletcher, a frantic race begins as everyone scrambles to locate Rutter before the others do.
