The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964)

Episode Overview

In Portugal, Solo finds himself captured by Pharos Mandor (Jack Lord), a THRUSH leader eager to switch sides, but only if he can avoid being eliminated by his deadly rival, THRUSH assassin Stepan Valandros (Nehemiah Persoff). While in captivity, Solo encounters Mandor's girlfriend, Cathy Welling (Leslie Parrish). Mandor insists that U.N.C.L.E. must take out Valandros for him to consider defecting, but his true intention is to eliminate Valandros himself to rise within the THRUSH organization.
