Will and Grace are taken aback when they discover they are both going on a 'date' with the same attractive new neighbor. As they vie for his attention during dinner, even Jack’s usually reliable gaydar fails to determine his romantic interests. Meanwhile, Karen is considering letting go of her driver and, in a surprising turn, enlists Grace to help her practice firing a less-than-stellar employee.
