Episode Overview

Will discovers Val, a new neighbor who steps in as a "replacement" for Grace, who is too busy with work. As Will and Val bond, Grace becomes anxious that she's being sidelined and confronts Val in an effort to reclaim Will's focus. In another storyline, Jack turns to Karen for help after he’s convicted for slapping a meter maid and is sentenced to community service picking up litter.
