Episode Overview

After scoring concert tickets through a radio contest, Grace decides to become more active in her community and volunteers herself and Will at the local community center. However, her good intentions clash with the concert schedule. At the same time, while gathering clothes for the mission, Jack mistakenly donates a pair of Karen's beloved shoes, causing unexpected drama.
