Jack persuades Will that a fresh environment is in order, suggesting they invest in a vacation home within a progressive gay community. However, once they secure their new place, they discover it's not the vibrant retreat they envisioned but rather a working-class town. Meanwhile, Ellen enlists Grace to watch her kids for a day, but when Karen decides she wants to help, Grace becomes apprehensive about Karen's childcare skills.
