After losing his top employee Stanley, Henry struggles to find a suitable replacement. When Punky reveals that she needs money for summer camp, he decides to hire her. However, chaos ensues at the restaurant, leading Henry to fire her almost immediately. This sparks a conflict between them, as Henry feels Punky should have taken the initiative to learn her tasks better, while Punky simply aimed to impress him and do her best.
