Fred reluctantly signs up to feature in a weight loss commercial, only to be embarrassed when he finds out he’s cast as the "before" person. Despite the lure of a $1,000 reward for shedding twenty-five pounds in a month, he struggles with every diet attempt and sees no success. In a surprising turn, he is later challenged by an overeaters support group, which reignites his motivation to tackle his weight loss journey.
