While dining at a restaurant, Fred and Barney unexpectedly bump into their old friend, Sherman Cobblehead, who owns The Golden Cactus Hotel in Rock Vegas. Cobblehead casually mentions that he’ll “take care of” Fred if he ever visits Vegas, but Fred misinterprets this as a sure sign that he’s destined to win big at the casino.
