Wilma finds herself captivated by the antics of the Kissing Burglar, a thief who leaves behind a rose and a kiss for each lady he targets. When she jokingly mentions that she has nothing valuable to steal, Fred gets irritated and decides to play a trick on her by dressing up as the burglar. Ironically, this all unfolds on the very night that the actual Kissing Burglar makes his appearance.
