As Wilma plans a surprise birthday celebration for Fred, she enlists Barney to distract him and keep him occupied. Barney takes on the challenge with enthusiasm, but his efforts go a bit too well. When it's time for the party, both Fred and Barney are nowhere to be found, leaving everyone in a bind.
