Wilma is in a tizzy trying to secure an act for her auxiliary's benefit show when Fred, full of bravado, claims he can book the famous singer Rock Roll, known for his hit "The Twitch." With that challenge accepted, Fred must go to great lengths to make sure the rock star agrees to join the event.
