After Fred gets dismissed by Mr. Slate for representing his coworkers' complaints, he decides to pursue a new venture by selling Wilma's delicious gravelberry pies. However, the couple quickly discovers that their ingredient costs outweigh their earnings. In the end, Wilma manages to recover their losses by selling the pie recipe to a wealthy supermarket mogul.
