Episode Overview
The boys are brought on by a ranch owner to work as trappers, but when they encounter his wife, she recognizes the Kid. The ranch owner and his wife try to keep things under control and send Heyes and the Kid into the hills to trap, all while secretly dispatching a professional hunter after them. While in the woods, the hunter launches an attack, injuring Heyes. The Kid cleverly outsmarts the hunter, capturing him and leaving him tied up for the rancher to find. Before they depart, the hunter reveals he was sent by the rancher. This revelation prompts Heyes and the Kid to confront the rancher and his wife, taking them as human shields to escape to the nearest railroad. However, they're soon ambushed and find themselves pinned down behind a rock by the hunter's precise shots, facing a grim countdown as he prepares to take his shot.
