When Paul is tasked with writing a light-hearted article about a wealthy mogul thriving in the gambling and adult entertainment industries, he decides to bring along Simon's testicle razor as a symbol of outrageous consumerism. However, things take a turn when a gay activist visits him, proposing the controversial idea of relocating Jews from Israel to America.
