Pacific Blue (1996)

Episode Overview

A technology-hating terrorist plants explosives along the beach, demanding that T.C. and Victor disarm them. He intends to initiate a twelve-hour blackout in Santa Monica on the first of the month. An FBI agent arrives to support the team, causing friction with Palermo as he insists on assigning Chris as his liaison. Ultimately, it's the Bike Patrol, not the FBI, that uncovers the bomber's true intention: using the blackout to execute a multi-million dollar bank heist. Meanwhile, T.C.'s girlfriend Sandy moves back in, insisting he keep his job details secret to avoid worrying her, which complicates their relationship.
