Episode Overview

A lethal new variant of heroin emerges in Santa Monica, pushing the Bike Patrol into high gear as chaos ensues. While probing the situation, T.C. finds himself captivated by an undercover DEA agent who is infiltrating a drug ring but has succumbed to addiction herself. Meanwhile, Victor is mandated to undergo retraining for biking, only to discover that his instructor is HANS REY, a former trainer who had previously made his life difficult. This leads to a rivalry filled with one-upmanship, with Chris serving as the judge for their antics.
