Episode Overview
Victor's long-time friend, EMILIO LOPEZ, has faced a tumultuous life, earning him a troubled adulthood. To Victor's mother, ROSA, Emilio is like a son. Recently released on parole, Emilio has secured a position at the local high school. Unbeknownst to Victor, Emilio is running a car theft operation that has already resulted in a fatality. Victor finds himself in a race against time to confront his best friend, who's desperate to avoid returning to prison. Meanwhile, MAHMOOD, who previously faced community service for his illegal ventures (as seen in "Outlaw Extreme"), finds himself in trouble again.
