Episode Overview
The new apartment manager on Venice Boardwalk, backed by a group of skinhead thugs, creates turmoil for the residents as the owner plans to demolish the building for luxury condos. To prevent chaos, Cory and T.C. are assigned to keep an eye on the situation. One tenant, a brave former Navy SEAL, stands his ground against the manager's intimidation tactics but refuses to take legal action, complicating the officers’ efforts. Meanwhile, Palermo juggles personal drama with a much younger girlfriend and the sudden arrival of his teenage daughter, Jessie, who disapproves of her father's new partner. Lifeguard captain Mackie Smith returns, challenging the Bike Patrol to a roller-hockey match featuring NHL star Rob Blake.
