Episode Overview

T.C. and Palermo apprehend two surfers after they attack a kayaker for allegedly trespassing in their area. After posting bail, the surfers launch an escalating campaign of threats aimed at the kayaker’s girlfriend to dissuade her from testifying in court. Meanwhile, Elvis is thrilled to receive an invitation to a swingers gathering, but there's a twist—he must bring a date to “swap.” Unbeknownst to him, Chris agrees to join Elvis for what he thinks is a charity event, completely unaware of the true nature of the occasion.
