The woman who caused Bobby's parents' tragic deaths while driving intoxicated is back in Venice Beach. Fueled by anger, Bobby suspects her involvement in a smuggling operation and embarks on a mission for vengeance. Meanwhile, Jamie faces coercion from L.A., who manipulates her by threatening to expose a dark secret from her past if she doesn't spy on her fellow officers at Pacific Blue.
