Jamie's sister Jennie arrives back in Santa Monica, only to be abducted by a group of young delinquents. Complicating matters, Jamie's current boyfriend has a connection to the kidnapping, as does the corrupt narcotics officer, Detective Perry Marcus. As Jamie races against time to rescue her sister, she uncovers a tangled web of deception and betrayal that puts them all in danger.
