Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Chippenham to assist Tim and Sonia in making a decision about their home—whether to sell or renovate. Eight years ago, Tim and Sonia moved into Tim's childhood home to care for his aging mother. With her passing, Tim and their daughter Ella are eager for a fresh start in a new place, but Sonia believes that with some improvements, they can begin their new chapter right where they are.
