Episode Overview

Phil reconnects with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, whom he first encountered in 2016 during a heated debate about their lovely three-bedroom house. At that time, Andrew, part of Team Love It, was firmly convinced that they couldn't find a better spot for their family of four. In contrast, Carol was eager to sell. Frustrated with their cramped, outdated kitchen, she foresaw a future where her father, Dennis, might need to move in, adding to their already overcrowded home.
