Episode Overview

Detectives Randy Loboda and Phil Harding uncover two charred bodies on opposite sides of town on the same night. Loboda’s leads take him to a motel where they discover a gruesome, bloodied room, suggesting it could be the crime scene. Meanwhile, Harding uncovers evidence indicating that the two deceased might have been murdered by the same assailant. Sergeant Joe Schillaci stumbles upon a man's body, initially deemed a suicide, but his investigation reveals signs of a struggle. He soon learns the man was seen with a mysterious woman shortly before his demise, but she has vanished, raising questions about her potential role as the killer or another victim.
