Episode Overview
In Miami, a young father-to-be is tragically shot in broad daylight, prompting Sgt. Eunice Cooper and Detective Ervens Ford to zero in on their main suspect. However, when the suspect insists he was home at the time of the shooting and presents evidence from his GPS ankle monitor, the detectives face an uphill battle to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, in Phoenix, Detectives Steve Orona and Jeremy Rosenthal respond to reports of a terrible smell emanating from an apartment. Upon investigation, they discover a woman's body, wrapped in a blanket, decomposing in the bathroom. The detectives must swiftly track down the murderer, leading them on a chase to Mexico to prevent the suspect from escaping.
