Title: Final Turn / Frozen in Time Plot: While patrolling a service road leading to the Black Canyon freeway, two officers spot a dark figure at the roadside. Upon investigation, they discover a deceased man lying in the middle of the road. Homicide Detective Jeremy Rosenthal, who has been with the Phoenix Police Department for eight years, is called to the scene to work on his fifth case alongside Sr. Detective Alex Feminia. Meanwhile, in Miami, Detectives Armando Aguilare and Fernando Bosch are examining the suspicious death of a man found on a Little Havana sidewalk with a fractured skull. As they dig deeper, they confirm through the autopsy that foul play is involved.
