The individual who claims to have been the true target sends Mullins and Oliver on a search for two brothers believed to be involved as the driver and shooter. Meanwhile, in Dallas, Det. Dale Lundberg faces a challenging case when a man is shot dead inside a van, and he must navigate through a maze of conflicting accounts regarding the victim's identity to catch the perpetrator.
