The First 48 (2004)

Episode Overview

In Dallas, detectives investigate the shooting of a 26-year-old woman who has been killed, and they receive an enigmatic tip from a caller who simply refers to "Mississippi." Meanwhile, in Miami, an elderly man is discovered bound with duct tape and brutally beaten outside his home, while his wife, married to him for four decades, remains asleep inside. The detectives must unravel whether this murder is merely a case of robbery gone wrong or a sinister act of vengeance.
