With scant evidence, seasoned homicide Detective Bob Randolph is tasked with uncovering the identity of the shooter. Meanwhile, in Dallas, Detective Rick Duggan and his team discover a body, a victim of gun violence, abandoned in an empty home. Lacking any solid clues, Detective Duggan seeks assistance from the deceased’s closest friend to unravel the mystery.
