The First 48 (2004)

Episode Overview

A burning truck is discovered, revealing the body of a murdered man in the cargo area. The flames have obliterated much of the evidence. The detectives begin their investigation by interviewing the last individuals who saw the victim alive. Meanwhile, a teenager playing football in his yard is tragically shot during a drive-by shooting. With witnesses reluctant to come forward, the detectives face the challenge of persuading them to share what they know in order to apprehend the perpetrator.
