Episode Overview

A deaf man is brutally killed at the entrance of his house. As detectives investigate, they uncover possible connections to an earlier unsolved murder. The festivities of a street party are shattered by gunfire, resulting in the death of a young man. With limited witnesses, the detectives must piece together the sparse information they gather, which could ultimately lead them to the perpetrator.
