In search of a different way to get around, Kim and Craig purchase a dilapidated vehicle from Cheerful Charlie, the neighborhood car dealer. When the car eventually breaks down, Lucy and Harry hatch a plan to persuade Charlie to buy it back for a price higher than its actual value.
