Episode Overview

The season culminates in a Quickfire Challenge that decides the last two Chefs standing. These finalists will create an exquisite five-course tasting menu to be presented at Blue by Eric Ripert at The Ritz in the Cayman Islands. Ultimately, one chef will emerge victorious, claiming the title of Canada's Top Chef.
