Following this, they venture into Market 707, a vibrant hub for urban street food, to immerse themselves in Toronto's diverse culinary landscape. For the Elimination Challenge, the Chefs are tasked with designing an upscale dish inspired by their street food experiences, which they must then present to the Judges at The Bentway, an innovative public space situated beneath a highway.
