The chefs are taken by surprise in the Quickfire Challenge when they learn they'll need to reimagine classic diner dishes as plant-based creations. Later, in the Elimination Challenge, the chefs team up to craft dishes inspired by the harvest, which they present to the judges during a picturesque Top Chef Canada picnic.
