Hector voices his dissatisfaction with Riff Raff's leadership of the Catillac Cats, prompting Riff Raff to suggest that Hector take the reins instead. However, after a string of foolish choices and major blunders, Hector soon realizes that Riff Raff is the only one truly fit to lead the gang.
