Leroy welcomes a new assistant dog to the junkyard and declares that stricter rules will be put in place. However, this new canine is an absolute master of pranks, tormenting the gang relentlessly. Riff Raff eventually figures out that although the dog loves to play tricks, he isn’t able to handle them when they’re turned back on him.
