Episode Overview
Title: Eddie's Desk Plot: Annie and her friends are still in Hope Springs when she spots a ghostly figure at a desk in the school basement, which quickly darts away. Confused, she turns to Jack for answers. Meanwhile, Clu returns home from college. Annie's quest to find the spirit, revealed to be Eddie B. Johnson—who resembles the janitor—leads her to question him. Above, two girls gossip about a boy named Adam, who is often bullied. Suddenly, the ghost defends him by causing a sticky substance to spill from a locker, drenching the girls. Clu investigates Eddie's full name in the front office. Later, when Adam faces another bully in the lunchroom, Eddie intervenes by dimming the lights and tossing food, scaring the bully away. Annie, now aware of the janitor's true identity, speaks to him about discussing Eddie with the principal.
