Episode Overview
The racism case heads to a disciplinary tribunal, and Hallam is summoned to testify. Although Scouser insists it was just a prank gone awry, he and his fellow defendants are expelled from the Brigade. Sicknote has taken up residence with Charisma, while George realizes he has messed things up with his girlfriend, Julia. Malcolm attempts to mend their friendship, but when George discovers that Malcolm has been seen kissing her, he confronts him angrily. Meanwhile, an elderly man is mugged and dumped into a culvert, where he gets swept into an underground tunnel. Hanging onto a chain for survival, Tate instructs George and Malcolm to rescue him. They brave the torrent, but when Malcolm stumbles and nearly gets swept away, George saves him. Once back on solid ground, Tate hopes the cold water has given them a reality check.
