Episode Overview
Ariadne remains in a coma, but thankfully, her baby is safe. Nick is by her side constantly. Meanwhile, Jean causes a car accident, and as the haulage company takes her and the wrecked vehicle away, it ignites. She quickly drives it towards the fire station, leaving Sicknote in disbelief. Kevin attempts to get rid of Mickey, who is nothing but a nuisance. Sandra heads off on vacation, leaving Hallam to fend for himself. With Nick unavailable, they bring in a quirky replacement for the next shift, known as Clingfilm, who bonds with Pearce. Blue Watch responds to a house fire, and upon their return, they encounter DO Scase and the new ACO Baxter. Scase takes his rudeness to the next level, provoking a furious reprimand from Baxter. Tragically, Ariadne passes away.
