Episode Overview
The episode kicks off with a house explosion that sends Blue Watch racing to the scene, where we are introduced to their new team member, Jack Morgan, who remains oddly reserved and mysterious. A violent man has set his home ablaze, trapping his terrified wife and children inside. They are saved, but the explosion sends Jack reeling. Meanwhile, Hallam visits Jenny again, leading to a heated argument with Sandra over her friends, highlighting their growing divide. George and Kelly take their son Sean to his first day of school. Sicknote is honored with a medal from the fire brigade, while Jack pays a visit to his ex-wife Linda and their son, Stephen. Back at the station, Pitbull's antics annoy everyone, but Jack confronts him with a steely gaze. Soon after, Blue Watch responds to a massive fire at a restaurant where a vehicle has crashed through the entrance.
