Episode Overview
Tom Croydon is taking a break from work to help out at the local racing event in Mount Thomas. Everything seems to be running smoothly until a catering blunder arises, revealing that he hired two different caterers who are far from happy with each other. Meanwhile, Nick and Maggie are on highway patrol, keeping an eye out for speeders. Their new superior, Sergeant Harrison, known as the Skull, is not satisfied with their performance in issuing tickets and decides to take matters into his own hands, much to their annoyance. During an inspection tour of Mount Thomas, the Skull shows Maggie the ropes of ticketing, which entertains PJ and Wayne as they observe from afar. PJ, on a personal mission, is also trying to track down Apples (Barry Raymond Maxwell), as they share a complicated history.
