Episode Overview

Jonesy and Susie arrive at the scene of an ecstasy overdose, only to find that Jonesy's younger brother, Dylan, has beaten them there with the Drug Squad. Dylan revels in teasing his brother due to their differing roles and quickly takes charge of the drug investigation in Mt. Thomas, disregarding Jonesy's insights. Undeterred, Jonesy pursues a brother-sister duo he suspects, even though they are close friends of Dylan's, leading Susie to think his motives are driven by sibling rivalry. Meanwhile, a surprise 30th birthday party for Jonesy escalates into a confrontation between the brothers, witnessed by their father, Tom, and Commander Jones. Later, Dylan collapses on the dance floor.
